Logile to Showcase Connected Store Operations at Retail Technology Show 2026

Logile, Inc., a global leader in AI-powered Connected Workforce solutions, has announced it will be exhibiting at Retail Technology Show 2026, the flagship event for retail, from April 22-23 at Excel London. At the event, Logile will highlight how retailers can bring forecasting, labour planning and in-store execution together through a single platform.

UK retailers are operating in a more demanding environment, shaped by rising wage costs, tighter compliance requirements and growing pressure to improve rota execution. In Logile’s 2025 UK Labour Planning & Optimisation Report, 84% of frontline associates said poor staffing or rota planning leads to lost sales. At Stand N28, Logile will demonstrate how its AI-powered Connected Workforce platform and “One Store, One Forecast” approach helps retailers better align planning and execution across the store.

Logile’s platform brings together AI demand forecasting, labour optimisation, staffing management and store execution in a single workflow. It gives store associates and managers real-time access to schedules, prioritised tasks, communication tools and operational guidance, helping teams stay aligned and respond more effectively throughout the day.

“Too many retailers are still managing store operations through disconnected systems and competing forecasts,” said Purna Mishra, founder and CEO of Logile. “When planning and execution are not aligned, stores lose efficiency, managers lose time and customer experience suffers. With UK retailers under growing pressure from labour costs, compliance requirements and operational complexity, now is the time to rethink how stores are planned and run.”

At this year’s show, Logile will spotlight its recently launched Fresh Operations Management suite, designed to help food retailers better align production, inventory, waste control and food safety execution throughout the day. Built around a single demand signal, the suite helps retailers improve availability, reduce shrink and waste and run fresh departments with greater consistency and control.

The show comes at a time of continued expansion for Logile across the UK and wider EMEA market. In March, the company appointed James Freshwater as Vice President for UK, EMEA & International to lead regional strategy and help retailers improve operational efficiency, frontline engagement and measurable business outcomes. That momentum builds on recent traction in the UK, including AF Blakemore’s adoption of Logile’s Labour Planning suite to standardise workforce management across its retail estate, as well as Logile’s partnership with FrontlineXP to help retailers reduce operational complexity and turn productivity plans into store-level results.

Retailers attending the show are invited to visit Logile at Stand N28 to see how connected forecasting, staffing plans and store execution can help retailers run stores more effectively. To register to attend or exhibit at the Retail Technology Show, visit: www.retailtechnologyshow.com.
